movement, strength and power, speed, agility and any other sport-specific
conditioning. Once the strengths and limiting factors of each
individual athlete are identified, prescription and implementation
of a comprehensive training program takes place. This individualised
program will not only improve athletic performance, but will also
decrease the risk of injury associated with high intensity training.
