The concept behind this service is to train the body beyond its normal capacity. This enables the athlete to get the most out of training.

The result is that the athletes’ body “learns” to increase the speed in which it moves, reacts, and recovers.

Each athletic client is evaluated for functional movement, strength and power, speed, agility and any other sport-specific conditioning. Once the strengths and limiting factors of each individual athlete are identified, prescription and implementation of a comprehensive training program takes place. This individualised program will not only improve athletic performance, but will also decrease the risk of injury associated with high intensity training.
