These assessments will vary according to the
personal requirements and training goals of the client. Clients
are required to undergo several simulated training conditions.
This provides baseline data so that accurate Personal and Performance
Enhancing Training programmes can be devised.
All of our clients receive a membership to this site.
This allows them to access their personalised fitness programmes to complement the Personal training service they receive.
Members can view an archive of their personal fitness programmes as they develop over time. Furthermore, the custom made Personal Training application uses graphs and charts to show a members progress over time.
